We are slated to welcome our first guests to the Cape May Ohana
Beach Club on Saturday, June 10, 2023. All reservations are
Saturday - Saturday. If you are interested in experiencing the
Hawaiian pono lifestyle meaning perfect order, state of harmony
and balance Cape May style then please enter your request as
soon as possible. If you have any questions prior to filling out the
form we have provided a list of frequently asked questions below.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you require a deposit to be on the waitlist?
There is a $1,000 fully refundable deposit collected from the first person on each weekly waitlist. The deposit provides you with the first right of refusal. Please be advised that the acceptance of your deposit does not guarantee your stay with us, nor does it obligate you to contract; so both Ohana Beach Club and Guest may opt out at any time prior to signing the rental agreement, at which point the reservation is confirmed.

When will I know if my vacation is confirmed?
The current schedule for executing rental agreements is February 1st. Your vacation is not confirmed until agreements are signed and additional rental deposits are received.
How will I receive construction updates?
All guests on the waitlist will be updated every 2 weeks via email. Additionally, the construction progress will be updated on Facebook and available for all to see.
Can I choose my preferred accommodation?
YES, it is required. There will be a separate waitlist for each specific hale, penthouse or cottage. You will need to indicate your preferences on our waitlist form. We are happy to discuss numbers on each waitlist so that you might have the best opportunity of securing a unit that fits your needs.
Can I add my name on multiple weeks or multiple accommodations?
ONLY if you intend to stay multiple weeks or rent multiple units in which case an additional $1,000.00 deposit will be required for each unit if you are first on that list. Please let us know if we can assist you in planning for backup weeks or alternative accommodation choices. This will give us a better understanding of your needs and preferences as well as others on the waitlist.
How many people are on the waitlist?
We will have no more than 5 names per accommodation on each week’s waitlist.
If renting with a group of friends or family, please select only one person to waitlist.
What happens if there others ahead of me on the waitlist?
We will contact you once their rental agreement is fully executed;

We alert you that you have moved up on the list and will request that you send a deposit if you are now first on the waitlist. You will have 5 business days to respond and send your deposit before we remove your name from the list and move to the next person.
Is the waitlist deposit refundable?
YES. Hopefully, we will move forward with the rental agreement and the waitlist deposit will be credited towards your vacation rental; Otherwise we will refund your waitlist deposit
How do I get my refund?
Please inform us in writing if you would like to be removed from the waitlist. We will refund you in the same manner in which we received your payment; venmo, credit card, check, etc.
