  • What amenities are provided?
    We provide sheets (beds made), bath and beach towels, hair dryers, toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen (including coffee, tea, oil and spices to get you started), yard games in the front, and seating areas in the back. Each unit also has a balcony with rocking chairs and dining set. An outdoor storage area is available for each unit, equipped with beach chairs, a cool cabana and beach toys. Use of 3 outdoor grills and 2 outdoor showers.   • Do you do whole house rentals?
    We will consider whole house rentals, but this needs to be booked well in advance to ensure availability. Please send us a note via our contact us form. Cancellation Policy for a whole rental: 100% refund up to 6 months before arrival.
  • Do you have a minimum stay?
    June through September we only offer weekly rentals. 3-night minimum in May & September 2-night minimum January, February, March, April, October, November, and December.
  • What if I need maintenance during my stay?
    From the start to end of your stay, you will be connected to a local manager through our guest portal. You will also have access to an emergency phone # to call.
  • Can I bring my pet?
    Unfortunately, we can not accommodate pets due to allergies, but there are pet friendly places around Cape May.
  • When is check-in and check-out?
    Weekly rentals are Saturday - Saturday. Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out at 10:00am. There may be flexibility from October through May.
  • Is there a property manager on-site?
    The property manager's office is located a mile away. Upon booking, you will be given contactless check- in information and access to our property management software which will connect you to answer any questions or concerns.
  • Do all units have televisions?
    Each unit will have (2 - 3) 52” televisions. We have partnered with Monscierge to provide Apple TV to each unit which allows you to utilize your steaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.
  • Is there on-site parking?
    Each unit has a one designated parking spot. Additional free street parking can be found on Stockton or Kearney, one and two blocks back.
  • What about WiFi access?
    Yes, high speed Wifi is provided.
  • Are there quiet hours?
    Yes. In in order to respect the other renters and our neighbors, quiet hours are between the hours of 10pm - 8am.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    People often plan their vacation a year in advance. In the unfortunate event a booking is cancelled by the renter 60 days before the start of the stay, renter will receive a 100% refund. *Please note this is subject to change.
  • Can I use the outdoor space?
    Yes! Front lawn and rear spaces are available for guest use.
  • Is there a security deposit?
    A $1,000 security deposit will be held on your credit card. This will be released after check out provided there are no claims. Lost commercial beach badges will be deducted.
  • What is your cleaning policy?
    Cleaning is an important part of our service. Your hale will be professionally cleaned & the beds will be made before you arrive and then cleaned as soon as you check-out to prepare for the next guest. You will be responsible for daily cleaning while you are there.
